Trade unions, associations and parties - acting at the expense of third parties?

Collective and individual labour law must be designed in such a way that action at the expense of third parties is avoided or at least minimised.

One possible solution could be to weaken collective labour law, which includes the right to strike, and in return to strengthen individual labour law.
