The result of the mid-term elections in the USA

According to the current projections (7.11., 8:30 clock CET), the Republicans have defended and probably expanded their majority in the Senate, but lost the majority in the House of Representatives. The exact distribution of seats is not yet certain. US President Donald Trump will find it even more difficult to get legislative initiatives through Congress due to the new Democratic majority in the House of Representatives. The Democrats will now fight it even more massively. Donald Trump will now do everything in his power to win a second term in the presidential elections in 2020.
