The great blackmail

A new wage-price-state deficit spiral is looming. To avoid this, it would be time for the legislator to clearly define the conditions of the "right to strike" derived from Article 9 of the Basic Law. Strikes on the back of the general public to blackmail the state treasury do not fall under this right.
