Q2-2020: Recovery in the second quarter

In the second quarter of 2020, asset prices recovered after falling at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. The prices of German private household assets rose by 4.4 % year-on-year. In the second quarter alone, prices rose by +3.2 %. The price development for residential real estate hardly shows any influence of the Covid-19 pandemic.
