In the name of the crisis: Give me money!

Last September the Governing Council of the European Central Bank decided to resume the bond purchase programme with purchases of 20 billion euros per month. On 12th March the Council announced an increase of 120 billion euros in the programme for 2020 and on 18th March it added a 750 billion euro "pandemic" bond purchase programme.
