Dynamics of a band of robbers

The dynamics of a band of robbers lurk beneath every formal organisational structure. This is no different from an economic point of view than from a business point of view and must be taken into account when rules and regulation systems are set.

For there are rules and rule systems that civilize and ideally neutralize the dynamics of a band of robbers, but there are also rules and rule systems that accelerate the dynamics of a band of robbers and allow them to escalate. But the dynamics of a band of robbers cannot be completely eliminated by re-education. It belongs to the human condition and therefore with different cultural characteristics to every society.
