Does change at any price lead to change?

The status quo panic of the elites and the creative destruction they prevented seem to have turned into a panic of change in parts of the population.

However, the mutual building-up of established and as yet unestablished state believers does not lead to necessary problem solutions, but reinforces polarization through the procrastination of problems.
